Headlox owner Jo is a wife and a Mum of three and lives a hectic life day-to-day, like us all. But would she have it any other way? No!

Her passion is hairdressing and she has known that for a long time – since she was ten to be exact, cutting her Dad’s hair at home before becoming a Saturday girl in a local salon in Paisley. Catching the buzz at a young age – and with an obvious talent and “gift of the gab” – meant that Jo quickly worked her way from being a Junior to a qualified Colour Technician.

Taking time out from life in the salon, Jo continued working as a mobile hairdresser whilst she explored other career opportunities, from Holiday Rep and Door Steward to Compliance and Finance Officer – a confessed ‘Jack of all Trades!’

Over fourteen years, three babies and a whole lot of love and life experience later, Jo’s passion for hairdressing has now only gotten stronger and she is now returning to full time hairdressing, but in her very own salon in the heart of Paisley, where is all began. She’s excited to be doing what she loves, making her dreams become a reality and helping people feel happy, fulfilled and have hella fabulous hair!
